Pregnancy Testing

Pregnancy-testing services by clinics etc. may advertise subject to demonstration of their “suitable credentials” as listed in Rule 11.9 of the BCAP code.

Pregnancy-testing kits from chemists and pharmacists may advertise in the same way as licensed medicines (“always read the label” is required in advertisements).
